Having worked as an all-around development chef in the Netherlands at the renowned Kyatcha under the tutelage of Chef Tommy Cheung, Our chef has developed a deep appreciation for the simple yet elegant qualities of each ingredient he works with. 
This appreciation enables him to continually evolve his interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Every dish he creates is a testament to his unique aesthetic, showcasing a masterful use of the finest seasonal delicacies with incisive and vivid precision.
